Is kraidsvc.exe Spyware or a Virus?

We're not sure yet if kraidsvc.exe and TOSHIBA RAID Service are spyware, a virus, or some other form of malware. Do you know what kraidsvc.exe is or what it does? If so, please post a comment and let everyone know if this file is harmful or not.
