Is mzccntrl.exe Spyware or a Virus?

mzccntrl.exe, and it's process, Windows ZC Control Service, have not been tested thoroughly enough yet to state definitely if they are harmful or not. Do you know what mzccntrl.exe is or what it does? If so, please post a comment and let everyone know if this file is harmful or not.
