Process Information for nmtsk.exe

nmtsk.exe, and it's process, TaskBar Service for Windows 2000 & Windows 98, have not been tested thoroughly enough yet to state definitely if they are harmful or not. Do you know what nmtsk.exe is or what it does? If so, please post a comment and let everyone know if this file is harmful or not.
